Hodge Roofing works with a select group of skilled, fully insured subcontractor crews across Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, and beyond. We offer consistent project opportunities, fair pay, and a company that operates with integrity and professionalism.

Before we can add you to our approved vendor list, we need to verify your insurance, crew capacity, experience, and references. The process is straightforward — complete our application and submit your documents and we'll be in touch.

What We Require

Workers' Comp & General Liability Insurance $1,000,000 minimums each — Hodge Roofing, LLC must be listed as Additional Insured on GL

W-9 / Federal Tax ID Current IRS Form W-9 — download the latest version at irs.gov

Crew Count & Capacity Number of crews, average crew size, and weekly production capacity

Geographic Willingness States you are licensed in and willing to travel to for work

Roofing Systems Experience All system types your crews are trained and experienced installing

3–5 Contractor References General contractors or roofing contractors you've worked for in the last 24 months

Step 1 — Download & Complete the Application Packet

Our Subcontractor Pre-Qualification & Vendor Setup Packet covers company info, insurance verification, licensing, work history, crew capacity, equipment inventory, trade references, and ACH setup. Complete every section in full.

Step 2 — Download & Sign the Hold Harmless Agreement

All subcontractors are required to sign our Hold Harmless & Indemnification Agreement before any work can begin. Download the agreement, sign it, and include it with your completed application packet.

Step 3 — Email Your Completed Documents to Murry

Once both documents are complete and signed, email them — along with your Certificate of Insurance (COI), W-9, state contractor licenses, and any manufacturer certifications — to murry@hodgeroofing.net. Our team will review your submission and reach out to subcontractors who qualify for future project opportunities.
